Our team of Instructional System Developers has over 20 years of experience designing training systems in the aviation industry.

Our team specializes in Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) work using Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology. Our team has extensive experience in the analysis, design, and development of curriculum and courseware on several different aircraft platforms to include the KC-130J.

Recently our team completed work on the Black Sage Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS).  We developed curriculum and courseware to provide training for the airport employees in Singapore.

Whatever branch of the military, our team utilizes the DoD MIL-HDBK 29612 series along with many other manuals specific to our client’s military branch.   We are successful in providing traceability of every task from the Universal Task Joint List (UJTL) used by the Commanders in Chief to the Learning Objectives (LOs) inside the developed curriculum. 

Our ISD team utilizes the “ADDIE” model which represents a dynamic, flexible guideline for building effective training.

Our team applies both waterfall and tailored SAFe® agile approaches based on specific customer needs.

Our Team can provide support both virtually and on site.  We use several workflow and collaboration tools promoting our digital workplace.  These tools enable us to remain responsive, nimble, connected, and capable of maintaining a virtual presence.

Contractor Logistics Support

Training Device Availability is Critical to Mission Capability

Our CLS services provide equipment maintenance, repair, replacement, and operation to support your required program availability. We provide the necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure training devices remain operational and ready for use.

Organizational Level Maintenance – Our on-equipment maintenance services include preventive maintenance tasks including inspecting, servicing, handling, lubricating, and adjusting. It also includes corrective maintenance actions, troubleshooting, replacement of parts, minor assemblies, and subassemblies.

Intermediate Level Maintenance – Our shop-type maintenance services consist of calibration, repair, or replacement of damaged or unserviceable parts, components, or assemblies.  Depending on the component, our team can implement approved temporary solutions to mitigate any lead times.

Integrated Logistics Support – Our Logistics Support/Supply Chain Model (LSSM) integrates all critical areas including Repair of Repairable, Replenishment of Spares, Replacement Parts, consumables, DMS/MS, Obsolescence, and onsite support from OEMs.
